Our engineering teams build the platform that job seekers around the world trust with one of the most important decisions of their lives. As a senior engineer you will work across the product, shaping features from the first conversation to the moment they reach users.
You will partner with product managers, designers and fellow engineers, mentor teammates and set the standard for quality on your team.
What you will do
- Design, build and maintain user-facing features and the services that power them.
- Collaborate with product and design to turn requirements into elegant, reliable software.
- Write clean, well-tested code and review the work of others with care.
- Improve performance, accessibility and reliability across the product.
- Mentor engineers and contribute to the technical direction of the team.
What you bring
- Extensive experience building and operating production web applications at scale.
- Strong fundamentals across the stack — interfaces, services and data.
- A track record of delivering high-quality software in a collaborative team.
- Excellent communication and a pragmatic approach to trade-offs.
- A genuine interest in the people who use what you build.
Nice to have
- Experience in a consumer product company.
- Prior technical leadership or mentoring.
- Familiarity with accessibility and internationalisation.
