You will shape our security programme, partner with engineering teams to build securely by default, and respond decisively when it matters.
What you will do
- Design and implement security controls across the platform and the organisation.
- Perform threat modelling, security reviews and vulnerability management.
- Partner with engineering to build secure-by-default systems.
- Lead security incident response and post-incident improvements.
- Support compliance, privacy and customer trust initiatives.
What you bring
- Strong experience in application, cloud or infrastructure security.
- Deep understanding of modern threats and defensive practices.
- Hands-on engineering skills and the ability to ship fixes, not just findings.
- Experience with security frameworks and compliance programmes.
- Clear communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
Nice to have
- Relevant security certifications.
- Experience in a consumer data-heavy company.
- Background in privacy engineering.
