Data drives everything at HeroApply — from the experience we deliver to the decisions we make. Our data engineers build and maintain the pipelines, models and platforms that make trustworthy data available across the company.
You will own critical parts of that foundation, partner with analytics, product and engineering, and set the standard for data quality.
What you will do
- Design, build and maintain scalable, reliable data pipelines.
- Model data for analytics, product features and reporting.
- Ensure data quality, governance and privacy across the platform.
- Partner with analysts and engineers to deliver trusted datasets.
- Optimise storage, processing and cost as data grows.
What you bring
- Strong experience building production data pipelines and data models.
- Excellent SQL and solid programming skills.
- A deep commitment to data quality and privacy.
- Experience working with large-scale datasets.
- Clear, collaborative communication.
Nice to have
- Experience with modern data warehousing.
- Background in analytics engineering.
- Familiarity with data governance frameworks.
