You will own significant channels and budget, run disciplined experiments, and partner with product and design to turn attention into activated users.

- Plan, run and analyse experiments across the funnel.
- Build lifecycle programmes that turn new users into engaged ones.
- Partner with product, design and analytics on landing experiences and measurement.
- Report clearly on performance and return on investment.

- Extensive experience in growth or performance marketing for a consumer product.
- Hands-on expertise across paid channels and lifecycle marketing.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort owning a budget.
- Excellent copy instincts and creative judgement.
- A collaborative, results-driven approach.
