About the role
Design is how HeroApply earns trust. Our product designers own the end-to-end experience — research, flows, visual design, motion and the design system that keeps a global product coherent.
You will work alongside product managers and engineers who care about craft, and see your work ship at high fidelity.
What you will do
- Lead design for major product areas from discovery to delivery.
- Conduct research and translate insight into clear, elegant experiences.
- Evolve our design system across web and mobile.
- Create high-fidelity designs and prototypes and partner closely on implementation.
- Raise the bar for craft and consistency across the company.
What you bring
- Extensive product-design experience with a portfolio of shipped work.
- Mastery of modern design tools and design-systems thinking.
- A strong point of view on typography, layout, colour and motion.
- Experience designing for both consumer and productivity contexts.
- Clear, persuasive communication about design decisions.
Nice to have
- Motion or brand design experience.
- Familiarity with front-end implementation.
- Prior work on a global, multi-platform product.
